Looking For Somone to Sublet My 3bed/1bath Duplex in Greenville, North Carolina

I am looking for someone to sublet my duplex. 3 Bedroom, 1 bathroom. Washer and dryer included in house. Ceiling fans in 2 bedrooms and the living room. Pet friendly. Fenced in backyard with outside storage. Lawn care included. Gate with lock and key on back fence. Hardwood floors and tile throughout house. Tons of storage, cabinet and countertop space. Lots of closets throughout the house for storage. Central heat and AC. Storm door on back and front door. Within a very short walking distance to ECU and Greenville City bus routes. Greenway and dog park are right behind the duplex. Neighbors that share other side of duplex are very friendlyNeighborhood is pretty quiet at night, and I have had no problems with noise, crime, etc. Area is mainly families and college students. I am looking to sublet this apartment so that I can move into a larger place with some friends of mine. I am looking for someone to take over my lease starting August 1st. Lease runs out on March 16th, xxxx, and you would have the option to sign another year long lease, or go month to month after that.
